As a member of our leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for leading an experienced management team and a crew of passionate and confident individuals, all working together to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

You must have at least a couple of years' experience in a management role in a busy bar and kitchen. Financial acumen is also required for this role, as you'll be managing the P&L of all parts of the business. You'll be dedicated and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable, but not essential. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and has a strong track record of leadership and management.

Our salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits, including a profit-sharing scheme, paid overtime, and a pension enhancement scheme.
