Care Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate care professional to join our team at Sanctuary Group in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of personalized care to our residents, in line with their individual care plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in care, an SVQ3 in Social Care (desirable), and excellent communication skills. You must also be kind, flexible, and have a genuine liking for older people and their needs.
About the Role:
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 per hour
