Care Provider

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individually focused and respectful support to enable our service users to live fulfilling and independent lives.
The successful candidate will engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships, using good communication skills to provide respectful personal care. Previous experience within a similar Support Worker role is not essential, as we will provide full training and support.

Key responsibilities:
- Engage with service users and build trusting relationships

- Work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care
