Job Title: Care Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Care Professionals are providing a high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client schedules, ensuring that Care Professionals are matched to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels and manage scheduling conflicts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and Care Professionals, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to ensure that client needs are met and schedules are adjusted accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client schedules, Care Professional availability, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, Care Professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
