We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team at ANS. As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a critical role in the development of our web applications, working closely with our cross-functional team to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement web applications using PHP and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code that is consistent with our coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that our codebase remains stable and secure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
  • Work closely with our QA team to ensure that our applications meet our quality standards and are released to production with minimal defects.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's technical skills and knowledge through mentoring, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of projects, including estimating effort, developing project plans, and tracking progress.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for our applications, including user guides, technical documentation, and release notes.
  • Work collaboratively with our product owners to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web development using PHP and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, practices, and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with web development frameworks, such as Laravel or Symfony.
  • Experience with databases, including design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of web application security and best practices for secure coding.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
