Strategic Partnership Development Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deal Consultant to join our team focused on strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Amazon senior management and cross-organization teams to develop differentiated strategic partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Coach enterprise account teams to structure complex deals and compelling proposals that address industry business outcomes of our large enterprise customers.
- Support decision making with high-level judgment in fast-paced cycles, monitor progress, and facilitate rapid responses to customer and partner needs.
- Provide leadership and produce insights of blocked pipeline and friction points to develop mechanisms that accelerate deal velocity with #OneTeam resources.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the AGS sales leadership in the development of commercial strategy and deals.
- Build strong internal relationships with leaders and counterparts across Amazon's diverse set of businesses.
- Advise on commercial deal terms, understand the competitive landscape, and provide deal guidance to Enterprise Account Teams.
- Work with data to measure business impact, strategic costs, and benefits of partnerships, and create scalable mechanisms driving operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
- Experience in a professional field or military
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
