Job Title: Uki Corporate Lawyer

The role requires a seasoned legal professional to provide expert advice on corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and IT and technology issues. As a key member of the HPE legal team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and support the growth of the business.

About You:

  • Advanced University Degree in Law (e.g. JD or LLB)
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
  • Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in law
  • Experience and training with a top-tier firm
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Will to travel: flexibility to work from either Winnersh or London, with occasional travel to other locations

Key Skills:

  • Mastery of legal and business knowledge in multiple practice areas
  • Subject matter expertise in key areas
  • Developed awareness of international legal environments
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • English language skills to business standard

The Team:

The UKI legal team is a diverse group of 6 lawyers, with 4 based in the UK in London or Winnersh.
