Business Operations Assistant and Administrative Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator and Cover Manager to provide administrative support to our Business and Operations Manager and operational teams. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 3:30pm and Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Business and Operations Manager and operational teams
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Warm, welcoming, and calm manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Flexible and able to work under pressure with a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent ICT skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
