About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at SSE Enterprise. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will be responsible for processing and managing manual payments and purchase ordering for projects, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

You will also schedule and attend meetings, manage and issue reports, and support the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will assist project teams with general administration duties, such as PPE ordering and booking travel.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent administration and organizational skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Experience using Microsoft work packages is also desirable.
