Fiscal Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Analyst to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a robust tax environment for our Automotive business.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and clear shipments in Customs Duty Mailbox to ensure timely compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the Tax Manager to ensure accurate and timely submission of quarterly declarations to HMRC.
- Work with MSO to create support and invoices for customer cars being imported for service, managing data in spreadsheets to avoid statutory timelines and penalties.
- Analyze financial data from SAP to support monthly VAT and financial reporting, working closely with the Tax Manager to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to handle tax audits and reconciliations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel, with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain tax processes and make recommendations.
- Interest in working in accounting and tax, with experience in a business-related field a plus.
