Job Description: Lead Test Equipment Engineer

As a Lead Test Equipment Engineer at Synergize Consulting, you'll be responsible for owning the creation and delivery of technical solutions within a defined work package area, ensuring they meet all stakeholder requirements. This involves establishing and maturing stakeholder needs, associating/attributing priority, interest, influence, and trading-off needs to determine optimum capability to solve stakeholders' problems.

You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure architecture alignment with other elements of the programme. Your duties will include ensuring the application of appropriate tools/techniques for test equipment design by the team, providing advice in your area of expertise, resolving emerging issues, and fostering relationships and networks within and outside the line of business.

The successful candidate will have a combination of experience in driving technical solution development, capturing and analysing stakeholder needs, industry experience in the full design lifecycle, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
