Travel RN

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel RN to join our team in providing high-quality hospice care.

Shift: Days / 8a-5p (8×5) 40 hours per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend rotations are every 4th weekend with a set day off/before after.

Requirements:

• ME License
• Must have at least 1 year home health/hospice experience
• BLS
• Must have EPIC

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• Patient Ratios: Case Manage 14-18 patients (based on acuity) with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day. RNs should be able to see 5-6 patients per day or 5-6 units per day. Minimum Productivity is 25 units per week. SOC = 2 units; Recert= 1 unit; DC = 1 unit.
• Equipment: clinician will be assigned an agency laptop and an iPhone with case and chargers, mouse, a nursing supply bin, nursing bag with vital signs equipment, and an agency bag. All must be returned upon departure.
• Type of Patients: Adult med surg/oncology/Cardiac/Neurological/Respiratory/Wound Care/GI/GU patient

Scrub Color: business casual or scrubs (any color). Any unacceptable attire: No jeans, open toed shoes or clothing with holes.
