Education Leader

Neston High School, a co-educational secondary academy in Cheshire West and Chester, is seeking an exceptional Education Leader to join its leadership team. With over 1,700 pupils on roll, the school prides itself on providing an exceptional education, both within the classroom and beyond.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating proven leadership success at whole school or curriculum level. They will be an experienced teacher who can demonstrate the positive impact they have had on students in their current school. The candidate will work closely with senior leaders and pastoral mentors to implement accountability measures and support student wellbeing.

As an Education Leader at Neston High School, you will be expected to promote a culture of aspiration, community, and kindness, with a focus on comprehensive education that benefits students from diverse backgrounds. You will contribute to tracking students' academic progress through regular reports and develop strong relationships with parents and guardians to support student development.
