SEO Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic SEO Manager to join our team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and organic search rankings of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each client, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable search terms and trends relevant to client industries, utilizing tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- On-Page Optimisation: Implement on-page optimisation techniques including meta tags, headers, content optimisation, and internal linking to improve website visibility and user experience.
- Off-Page Optimisation: Manage off-page optimisation efforts such as link building, guest blogging, and influencer outreach to increase domain authority and organic traffic.
- Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO audits and optimisations, including website speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and structured data implementation.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding SEO initiatives, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to continually improve campaign performance and maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and team members.
- Proven track record of successfully executing SEO campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
