About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience
  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the bar area and fridges
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
