We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Akari Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
- Provide personalized care and support, responding to individual needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider Akari Care team to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to a positive and respectful environment, valuing resident autonomy and choice
About You:
- Kind and caring nature, with a passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to respond to changing situations
- Warm and approachable demeanor, with a commitment to resident-centered care
