The Opportunity

Puig is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a portfolio of luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. As a Customer Development Executive, you will play a key role in supporting Key Account Managers in maximizing trade plans and delivering business insights and performance results across our Fragrance and Make Up portfolio.

What You'll Get to Do

You will work closely with Key Account Managers to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive business growth. This will involve working with major retailers, including department stores and virtual pure players, to maximize sales and revenue.

We're Looking for Someone with
  • Business and industry awareness of current market trends
  • Previous experience working with brand teams, including marketing, PR, visual merchandising, and education
  • Analysis capabilities and the ability to present structured reports in a timely manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and the ability to maximize its potential using pivot tables and V-lookup
  • Previous experience in the beauty and makeup industry is highly desirable
