Senior Care Operations Lead

This challenging role presents an opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to take on a senior leadership position within our residential home.
About the OpportunityThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the care team in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injury.
A dedicated team provides ongoing support, including Regional Manager, Deputy Manager, HR & Recruitment, Finance and Compliance teams.
A proactive regional manager offers guidance and support, along with a dedicated Divisional Manager, to enhance the wealth of expertise available.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the care team to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Ensure the effective operation of the home, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment within the home.
- Regularly assess residents' care needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
- NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a mental health care setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices governing mental health care.
- A compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Salary: up to £45,000 per annum.
