About the Role: You will oversee EPA processes, including application handling, conflict resolution, and issuing results. Additionally, you will assist with administering online and in-person EPAs, invigilation of written examinations, and managing assessment payments. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will enable you to provide clear advice on End Point Assessments and membership pathways to internal teams, employers, training providers, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and precise guidance.
  • Oversee EPA processes, including application handling, conflict resolution, and issuing results.
  • Assist with administering online and in-person EPAs, invigilation of written examinations, and managing assessment payments.
  • Maintain and create bespoke technical project briefs as needed.
  • Monitor and update ICE systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
