Overview

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Substance Misuse Practitioner Lead.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with offenders and provide specialist substance misuse care. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of specialist interventions at primary and secondary care level.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a clear understanding of Risk Assessment principles and procedures. You should have experience working within substance misuse services and possess strong communication skills.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
