Fire Alarm Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team in South East London. As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of fire detection and alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventative planned maintenance on fire detection and AOV systems
  • Respond to reactive fault calls and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work with customers to understand their fire safety needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the fire industry
  • Knowledge of Kentec, Morley, Advance, Siemens, and CTEC panels
  • FIA certification or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
