We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team at Instil Software. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Design and develop software applications using a range of technologies, including Java, Kotlin, and C#.
  • Work closely with our QA team to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's technical strategy and direction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our software and services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software development, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, and C# programming languages, as well as experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile app development using Kotlin or Swift.
  • Experience with web application development using Angular or React.
  • Experience with cloud-native and serverless systems.
  • Experience with personal or open-source projects.
