Job Summary:

">Key Responsibilities:
">- To coordinate volunteer placements, ensuring seamless integration into our services.
- To provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers, addressing any concerns or queries.
- To foster strong relationships with volunteers, promoting a sense of belonging and commitment to our organisation.
Requirements:
">- To possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- To be flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently as part of a team.
- To maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection procedures.
What We Offer:
">- A competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
