Job Overview

As a Train Cleaner Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaners and ensuring the efficient and thorough cleaning of our trains.

You will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our trains to the highest standards while adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of train cleaners, including scheduling, task assignment, and providing guidance and support to ensure a high standard of work.
  • Cleaning Supervision: Oversee the cleaning of train interiors and exteriors, including seats, floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our trains are clean and well-maintained, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments, including Operations and Maintenance, to ensure that our cleaning schedules and procedures are aligned with their needs.
