CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join a rapidly expanding business. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance function and ensuring the team is supported and driven forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of three finance professionals covering transactional finance and payroll.
- Ensure month-end processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Produce financial accounts and management accounts.
- Manage accounting for a multiple entity environment, including journal postings and intercompany accounts.
- Provide meaningful insights through KPI analysis and attend senior management meetings.
Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven people management experience and ability to drive a team forward.
- Detailed understanding of month-end, year-end, and audit processes.
- Keenness to be part of a growing business.
