Job Opportunity: Property Sales Progressor

Location: Cheshunt, EN8

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time

Salary: £32k (Negotiable - Based on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Sales Progressor to join our client's team in Cheshunt. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and updating them on the progress of their sale. You will also ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents.

The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, with a strong record of maintaining a meticulous pipeline. You will have a detailed knowledge of the sales process and excellent customer service skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering a superb service to customers and the sales team, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with clients and update them on the progress of their sale
  2. Ensure all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales
  3. Communicate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents
  4. Maintain a meticulous pipeline

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in property sale progression essential
  2. Excellent customer service skills
  3. Strong organisational skills
  4. Ability to prioritise
  5. Knowledge of the sales process
