Job Description:

RGH-Global Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Norwich. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders.

You will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong knowledge base in speech and language therapy, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team will be essential in achieving optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address identified needs
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Registered membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
• Experience working with children and adults with communication and swallowing disorders
