We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of our clients, pitching the relevant search solution to remedy their requirements, and negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.

This is a research-focused role that involves speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone or video call. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £20,000-£22,000, plus uncapped commission. You will also have the opportunity to progress quickly within the company, with a clear career path and regular training and support.
