Frontline Support Staff

Compensation Package: The estimated annual salary for this position is $28,000 - $32,000, depending on experience. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, flexible scheduling and work hours, employee discounts and promotions, and a bonus structure based on individual and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns, maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures. They will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure they are providing the highest level of service to our customers.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in customer service or retail, and strong teamwork and communication skills. A background in sales or marketing would be an asset but not required.
