Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Scrub Practitioner to join our team at Cleveland Clinic London. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the theatre team to assess, implement, and evaluate effective care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
  • Scrub and circulate for cases, ensuring the highest standard of care and patient safety.
  • Work closely with the theatre manager, deputy theatre manager, team leaders, and other theatre caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a Cardiac Scrub Practitioner in an acute hospital setting.
  • Nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or ODP registration through Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) required.
  • Nursing Bachelor's Degree.
  • Post-registration qualification relevant to functional specialty.
  • No restrictions to practice on NMC record.
