We are looking for a seasoned Principal Engineer to lead the development of our Robot Autonomy capabilities. As Head of Autonomous Systems Integration, you will be responsible for pioneering the adoption and development of recent AI and Robotics innovations.

About the Role
  • You will establish and conduct the adoption of recent advancements in AI/ML and robotics.
  • You will delve into Robot Autonomy by integrating capabilities provided by Reasoning, Navigation, and Perception teams.
  • You will pursue strategic partnerships with robotics companies and universities to enrich our Robot capabilities.
  • You will elevate the long-term vision for End-to-End Autonomous Self-Aware Robotic systems.
  • You will foster information flow and infrastructure design across multiple teams.
Requirements
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • A proven track record of publications and projects in AI and Robotics is essential.
  • Proficiency in Robotic Autonomy, VLA/VLM/LLM/RT-X type solutions, or alternatives for Robotic World Modelling is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, cloud platforms, DBs, and ML is expected.
  • The ability to conduct research and develop new solutions inside and outside a Simulated Environment is crucial.
