Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible individual to join our team at the Drake Circus Estate as a Multi Skilled Officer. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the team to ensure the safety and security of our customers, retailers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of the site
- Advise retailers on management regulations and provide guidance as needed
- Assist in diffusing incidents and situations that arise within the centre
- Perform daily general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Participate in statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and adhere to all rules and regulations
- Act as a card holder in the event of an evacuation and provide assistance to the public as needed
About You:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred
- A valid Door Supervisor SIA license is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to perform duties described
- Excellent attention to detail
This role requires a high level of flexibility, as the hours of work will vary each week and may include early mornings, daytime, and overnight shifts.
