Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial expertise and support in decision-making processes.
  • Manage fixed assets and capital accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide VAT, partial exemption, and tax advice to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain treasury management and cash flow forecasting models.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data and performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Monitor and control financial processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CCAB) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
