Sr. Planner - MEP Expertise

A prominent construction firm seeks a seasoned Planner to spearhead their MEP planning initiatives on a large-scale science facility project (£300m).

This is a rare opportunity for a skilled planner to take on a leadership role, driving the successful delivery of a complex project while growing professionally within a dynamic organisation.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Schedule Management: Develop and execute project schedules, ensuring optimal coordination and timely completion.
  2. MEP Planning Coordination: Ensure seamless integration of MEP plans into the overall programme.
  3. Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential delays through analytical thinking and proactive measures.
  4. Communication: Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices in planning and resource allocation to enhance project efficiency.
About the Position:
  • Experience in planning management with a focus on MEP projects.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools.
  • Track record of managing large-scale projects in the construction sector.

The estimated salary for this position is £80-95,000 + car allowance + package, reflecting the company's commitment to compensating its staff fairly.
