**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of administrative staff
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience with data entry and system administration
