About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Architect to join our innovative team at Aviva. As a key member of our Data Architecture function, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with Aviva's business objectives.
  • Lead the development of Aviva's Customer & Market data strategy, ensuring it is aligned with industry standards and trends.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to convey the opportunities available from data and drive business decisions.
  • Define data products and advise on their efficient utilization across Aviva Group.
  • Engage with stakeholders to prioritize development and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience in developing data architecture strategy and execution in large organizations, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Skills in making sophisticated decisions that balance near-term value delivery with longer-term sustainability.
  • Ability to influence through building positive relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Expertise in data lifecycle, technologies, patterns, domain-driven design, insights, analytics, and machine learning.
  • Specific expertise in delivering Martech/CDP platform strategy, including customer data resolution, customer 360° data, marketability, campaigns, and GDPR compliance.
What We Offer
  • Circa £90,000 national salary and circa £120,000 London salary (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity of 12% of annual salary.
