Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Part Qualified Accountant to join our team at ProTalent. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Assisting with corporate tax computations and VAT returns for corporate clients.
  • Assisting with personal tax returns for company directors.
  • Providing basic payroll services for clients.
  • Communicating and liaising with clients to resolve queries.

Requirements:

  • AAT qualification or equivalent, with ACCA/ACA part-qualification being advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a UK practice.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in leading accountancy software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
