Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at a brand new state-of-the-art care home in Holt, Norfolk. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and meet the daily needs of residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to support the development of care staff
  • Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers to deliver exceptional care
  • Represent the care home in a professional manner when interacting with relatives, prospective residents, and enquiries
  • Update and maintain accurate resident documentation, including care plans and medication records
  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a care setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
  • A genuine desire to care for others and make a positive impact on residents' lives
