Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking in vehicles, including mileage and other relevant details
  • Photographing vehicles and uploading images to the company's IT system
  • Handing over vehicles to customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Appraising vehicles in line with customer requirements and entering information accurately and efficiently
  • Notifying non-runners to the relevant manager
  • Administering vehicle details at the gatehouse according to company or customer procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy yard environment
  • Shunting vehicles to the correct bays and performing other cross-functional tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a yard operative is advantageous
  • FLT license is desirable
  • Driver's license is essential
  • IT literacy and customer service skills are required
  • Ability to work with initiative and as part of a team
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with opportunities for overtime
