We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Attorney to join our team at Eximius Law in London.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 PQE and experience in real estate finance from a top-tier law firm or equivalent in-house institution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice on real estate finance matters, understanding commercial drivers and risk appetite, managing external legal advice, and drafting standard house style documentation.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus ongoing training and development opportunities.
