About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division in the South Wales area.

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple Site Supervisors and sites to exceed client and internal KPIs. You will assist with the planning, safety, and quality of the works carried out, and survey sites to evaluate work required and ensure adequate resourcing to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with relevant managerial and operational experience, solid commercial acumen, and experience in managing NEC contracts. Previous experience in the rail industry is desirable, as is the ability to effectively lead teams and possess strong influencing and negotiating skills.
