Site Manager

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at VolkerStevin. As a Site Agent, you will play a key role in the pre-contract phase of our projects, focusing on quoting and work winning. This will involve travel to sites to meet clients and take briefs, often requiring overnight and day trips.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree/HNC or equivalent in civil engineering, as well as a minimum of 3-5 years of varied site experience in civil engineering. You should also have a strong understanding of ICE attributes and excellent IT knowledge, including the use of AUTOCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft suite.
While a marine background/knowledge is desirable, we encourage applications from candidates with a strong civil engineering background who may not have direct experience in this area. A full driving licence is also essential.
