Electrical LV/AP Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical LV/AP Engineer to join our client's Major Projects Team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing electrical testing, inspection, and troubleshooting on major projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience working on Data Centre or Critical Environment Projects. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an engineering role and be able to demonstrate longevity in previous employment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Short-term programming
  • Health & Safety (RAMS)
  • Preparation and issuing of RFIs
  • Issuing permits of works
  • QA/QC
  • Troubleshooting
  • Documenting test procedures, results, and recommendations
  • Providing technical support
  • Testing and commissioning of equipment
  • Liaising with client teams, main contractors, and sub-contractors

Requirements:

  • Must have LV Tickets (2391 Testing and Inspecting, 18th Edition)
  • Experience working on Data Centre or Critical Environment Projects
  • Experience managing projects to a minimum of £2M
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in an engineering role
