**Job Title:** Estate Condition Surveyor

**Estimated Salary:** £38,000 - £50,000 per annum

ATK Solutions has an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Stock Condition Assessment Professional to join our consultancy and deliver a large condition survey programme.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of stock condition surveys, investigating building defects, and producing high-quality survey reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to work closely with clients and input data on site.
