**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and coordinate a high-volume caseload of UK corporate immigration applications, including sponsor licence management, ILR, Business Visitor, Family Members, and EEA applications.

* Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on UK immigration and associated issues, including sponsor license applications and global mobility business visas.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of immigration solutions.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of immigration services and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policy and practice.

* Utilize process-driven approach to account management, working to KPIs and reporting to clients on key metrics.

**Requirements**

* Strong case management skills and experience of high-profile client account management.

* Fluency in Mandarin language skills.

* Previous experience of UK corporate immigration and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

* Familiarity with financial control of client accounts and time recording.

* Ability to maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge of the firm's risk management policies and operational procedures.
