Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our Atlas Workplace Services Team in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing statutory and routine PPMs, addressing reactive maintenance issues, and ensuring strict adherence to contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be expected to deliver top-quality planned maintenance and reactive repairs, with a strong emphasis on compliance PPM across diverse disciplines. You will work closely with our team to champion engineering excellence, lead in maintenance, and provide exceptional service to our customers.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar environment, with a strong background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment.
- A good understanding of modern office software and experience working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO/CAFM systems on Android tablets.
- Strong competencies in building services trades and the ability to turn your hand to most activities within a building maintenance environment.
- Experience conducting minor drainage works and delivering L8 compliance maintenance.
