Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Progressor to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on the progress of their sale.
  • Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents to ensure timely completion of sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales progress and client communication.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve any issues that may impact the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in sales progression or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the residential sales process and relevant regulations.
