About the Role:

Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create tracking/data layer specifications for web and app engineers, working closely with them and performing QA once changes are built, with a focus on sales and customer experience.
  • Build analytics/marketing tagging in Google Tag Manager, undertaking thorough QA prior to deployment, and ensuring full legal compliance using a Consent Management Platform.
  • Monitor data quality, investigating discrepancies and issues, and working with data engineers to ensure digital data is fed into the wider ecosystem, including the Customer Data Platform and personalisation partner.
  • Develop extensive experience in process flows associated with tracking design and build, as well as Google Tag Manager and the configuration of one or more digital analytics tools across websites and apps.
  • Gain a strong understanding of privacy requirements related to digital data, with experience in using a Consent Management Platform, and ideally knowledge of front-end coding languages (Javascript, HTML, CSS).
  • Develop strong stakeholder management skills, prioritising and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, product-led organisation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Google Tag Manager and the configuration of one or more digital analytics tools across websites and apps.
  • Strong understanding of privacy requirements where they relate to digital data, with experience in using a Consent Management Platform.
  • Ideal knowledge of front-end coding languages (Javascript, HTML, CSS).
  • Strong stakeholder manager, able to prioritise and communicate accordingly in a fast-paced, product-led organisation.
