About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Domestic Energy Assessor to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on energy efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality energy assessments and reports to clients
  • Provide training and development opportunities to new and existing delegates
  • Offer exceptional customer service support to clients through technical material, telephone, and email support
  • Collaborate with the support team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Positive can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel to the office on a hybrid basis
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the energy efficiency or sustainability sector
  • Good attention to detail and ability to perform calculations
  • Domestic Energy Assessor qualification and passion for renewable energy and sustainability
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain good working relationships in a team environment
