About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi to join our Property Team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our Responsive Repairs Team, you will carry out a range of carpentry repairs in our properties, ensuring they are safe and habitable for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry, including installing windows, doors, and door frames.
  • Perform UPVC servicing and installation, as well as locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling, and picking.
  • Install all types of fencing, posts, and other carpentry-related tasks.
  • Assist with kitchen fitting, kitchen building, and minor joinery.
  • Contribute to basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and other general maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum of NVQ level 2 in Carpentry or 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and drive a company van.
  • Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's experience.
